Getting started
From signup to your first agent reply in under five minutes.
Create your workspace
Head to /auth/signup and pick a workspace slug (your URL will becortex.pleisys.com/<slug>). Choose your country — India and Nepal pay in INR via Razorpay; everywhere else pays in USD via Stripe. No credit card is needed for the 14-day Starter trial.
When the signup completes, you become the workspace’s first user with thetenant_admin role. Email verification will be sent to your inbox.
Plant your context library
Cortex agents are only as smart as the files they read. The first thing to do is fill in your topic-file library. Open Library → Products, create your first product, and edit each of the 10 topic files: vision, GTM, finance, tech, ops, security, data & AI, brand, legal, and growth.
Don’t worry about being exhaustive in a single sitting. Even a paragraph per file is enough for the first conversations. The library compounds — every memo you save is re-readable later.
Pick a CxO and ask
Open Chat → New conversation. Pick an agent role (CTO, CFO, CISO, CMO…) and the product you want grounded in. Cortex auto-loads that product’s topic files, applies prompt caching, and starts streaming.
Every answer cites the files it read. Click a citation to jump to that topic file in the library — if the answer feels off, the citation is almost always the cause.
Save the decision
When the conversation reaches a decision, click Save as memo. The memo lands in the library, versioned, citeable, and PDF-exportable. Subsequent conversations and synthesis sessions can quote it.
What to do next
- Read the Agent roles guide to see who answers what.
- Read the Topic files guide to structure your library well.
- Try a Synthesis session when a decision needs 7 perspectives.
- Set up your team — invite users, configure roles, set quotas — see the Admin guide.
