The story
From spreadsheets to an AI C-suite.
Verdeshell Technologies Pvt Ltd runs several software products and a services business. Like most growing companies, its finance lived in spreadsheets, bank statements and an accountant’s inbox — and the questions that mattered (what do we owe, what is late, are we compliant) took days to answer.
We built Cortex to fix that for ourselves: one system for the books, payroll and tax filings, and AI executive offices that read those books and tell us what needs doing. Our own company’s books — sales, bills, bank lines and salaries — are kept in Cortex today.
Running our own company on it taught us the rule the product is built on: the AI must never guess a number. Code computes every figure; the AI explains, prioritises and recommends; a person decides. We are now opening Cortex to other companies, one at a time.

No office can post, edit or delete an entry. Every recommendation ends with a person deciding.

Every figure on a dashboard and in an answer carries the date it is as of, and offices re-fetch live data rather than trusting yesterday’s conversation.

Each office is briefed on your company — what you sell, how you fund it, what is deliberate — so it flags real problems, not false alarms.
