Pricing questions
What is included in every plan?
The whole ERP — books, banking, payroll, tax and compliance, dashboards — and all 26 AI executive offices. Plans differ in how much AI you use each month and how many people can sign in.
Why per company and not per seat?
The books are the company’s, and everyone who runs it should see the same numbers. Invite your accountant (as an admin, the role Books needs), your managers and your directors without paying for each seat, up to your plan’s user limit.
What happens when we reach the monthly AI limit?
AI chat pauses until the usage counters reset on the 1st of the next month, or until you upgrade. Your books, payroll, compliance and dashboards keep working — the limits apply only to AI usage.
How is tax charged?
Indian customers pay in rupees with 18% GST — IGST, or CGST and SGST, based on the state on your GST registration. Customers outside India pay in US dollars as a zero-rated export; Cortex adds no Indian tax.
How do we pay?
In India by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through Razorpay; elsewhere by card through Stripe.
Can we use our own Anthropic API key?
Yes. Connect your own key in settings and AI usage is billed to your Anthropic account. For a custom contract — holding companies, white-label or a dedicated deployment — ask about Flex.
Is a data processing agreement available?
Yes, on every paid plan. It covers India’s DPDP Act and the GDPR; read and sign it on the DPA page.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Nothing is deleted straight away: the workspace moves to a grace period, then read-only, before it is suspended. You can export your workspace data at any time, and each year’s books as an accountant’s hand-off pack. Closing an account starts a 30-day grace period before erasure.
