Dashboards

Each department in the sidebar has a page with an Overview of the dashboards for its executive seats, the Metrics behind them with targets and trends, and Documents written for that department. Finance also holds Books.

Every figure is dated

A dashboard figure shows the date it is as of and where it came from. Until your own data replaces them, some measures show a sample placeholder, badged seed — treat those as layout, not as your numbers.

Where the figures come from

• From Books — payroll, operating costs, burn, receivables, payables, deferred revenue and cash, month by month. Press Update dashboards at the top of Books to publish after a change; beside it, Books shows when the dashboards last took its figures, in amber when the books have changed since. Where hourly refresh is switched on, publishing also happens by itself.
• From a CSV — figures kept elsewhere can be imported on the Import page.

Targets and alerts

Set a target on a metric to see it trend against the target. Alert rules — a warning when a measure crosses a line — are set up with you by Pleisys during onboarding; fired alerts are shown first on the department Overview, because they are the part that needs a decision.

Who sees what

Admins and members see every department. Editing metric values is limited to workspace admins.
